About Priceri Wallet
A modern, fast, and maximally secure loyalty card wallet — ad-free and without unnecessary tracking.
Our Mission
Priceri Wallet was created as an alternative to typical commercial apps. Most wallets on the market force you to watch ads, sell your shopping data to third parties, and burden your phone with unnecessary code.
Our goal was to build a clean, lightning-fast app that does exactly what it should — reliably display a barcode at the checkout and enable secure family sharing. All while maintaining 100% control over your privacy.
Key Advantages
- Completely ad-free: No annoying banners, pop-ups, or sponsored content.
- Zero-Knowledge encryption: No one else (not even us) can read your cards.
- Fast local search: Instant card lookup from client-side cache with no waiting.
- Smooth GPU acceleration: 3D plastic cards with realistic reflections and buttery-smooth performance.
- Works offline: Thanks to PWA (Service Worker), your cards are accessible even without internet.
How We Protect Your Data
Priceri Wallet uses advanced asymmetric and symmetric encryption protocols directly in the browser, meeting the highest security standards (Zero-Knowledge).
Password-derived Encryption (PBKDF2)
At every login, the system derives your unique symmetric encryption key directly from your password using PBKDF2 (SHA-256) with 10,000 iterations and a cryptographic salt. This key is held only in your session memory and is never sent to or stored on the server.
Client-side AES-256-CBC Encryption
Your card numbers, notes, custom names, and tags are stored in the database as unintelligible ciphertext (prefixed with <code>enc2:</code>). Decryption happens transparently right in your browser when the page loads. If someone gained access to the server or database, without your password they would see only random clusters of bytes.
Family Sharing Cryptography
Family sharing is protected by a unique family key. This key is securely encrypted for each member individually using their own password-derived key. The server only facilitates synchronization — it never knows the family key needed to read shared cards.
PWA & Offline Sync with Web Locks Protection
Offline card changes are securely stored in a local queue in IndexedDB (which replaced the less secure localStorage). Background Sync API and Service Worker handle synchronization once the network is restored. Web Locks API coordinates database access across tabs, preventing collisions and data duplicates.
